Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records relating to the impugned order of the fourth respondent made in O.Mu.No.1818/B2/2018, dated 20.03.2018, and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to approve the appointment of Mr. G. Balabaskaran, as Office Assistant in the petitioner's School w.e.f. 14.03.2018 with all consequential monetary benefits in the light of the order passed in Deva AsirVs-The Secretary to Government School Education Department, reported in 2016 (3) LLJ 49.
