Mr.D.Suriya Narayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the second respondent to consider her representation dated 22.01.2018, wherein and whereby, she made a reminder to the second respondent to consider her application dated 10.06.2011 seeking widow pension.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application filed as early as in the year 2011 is not considered by the second respondent so far.

4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 10.06.2011 followed by the reminder dated 22.01.2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
