OMAR EBRAHIM 3 SYED MOOSA Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to To pass an order for extension of time of the order dated 21/11/2016 in AS.No.29/2012 for payment of the deficit court fee of Rs.54,675/- by further four weeks from 21/12/2016 till 20/01/2017. (in CMP.517/17 in AS.No.29/12) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.P.

ASHOK, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.T.VELUMANI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- By order dated 21.11.2016, I had directed the defendants/appellants to pay the deficit Court fee of Rs.54,675/- within four weeks from the date of the order. 2.This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for payment of deficit Court Fee.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, by the petitioner, the application is ordered and the time for payment the deficit court fee is extended by a week from today.

4.Registry is directed to list the appeal after the payment of deficit Court Fee.
