This application has been filed seeking leave to institute the suit under Section 92 of CPC for various reliefs.
2. The main grievance of the applicants is that the affairs of the respondent Society not being carried out as per the provisions of Section 15(3) of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 and the Rules framed thereunder.
3. Mr.T.R.Rajagopalan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent Society has produced the copy of G.O.Ms.No.1089 dated 05.08.1981 stating that the Society has been exempted from the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 54 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1975). In view of the same, the grievance of the applicants does not survive. http://www.judis.nic.in

4. Mr.V.Selvaraj, learned counsel appearing for the applicants also fairly concedes that once the Society is shown to be exempted, the grievance of the applicants does not survive.
5. Hence, this application is dismissed.
