The petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent herein to hand over the petitioner's brothers house key to the petitioner herein.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has no locus to file this petition on behalf of his brother. He also submitted that the petitioner's brothers are absconding and they were accused of the crime of job bracketing. Hence, the petition has to be dismissed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
