ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of M.C.No.9 of 2015 from the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperumbudur to the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee.

2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his respective counsel.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that as per instructions of his junior, the issues between the parties were settled. Further, this petition is to transfer the proceedings in M.C.No.9 of 2015 from the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperumbudur to the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee. Keeping this petition from the year 2015 without any progress would serve no purpose.
