ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused to condone the delay of 1038 days in filing the criminal appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.1943 of 2025 before this Court against the judgment dated 05.01.2022 made in Special S.C.No.53 of 2020 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court (FAC) Tirupur.

2. Though the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit is not satisfied, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court (FAC) Tirupur, in Special S.C.No.53 of 2020 dated 05.01.2022, delay is condoned.
