This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time already granted by this court to execute the sureties in Crl.M.P.No.15110 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20125 of 2024 on 30.10.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and thereby, the time already granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15110 of 2024 on 30.10.2024 to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20125 of 2024 dated 21.08.2024 is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on condition, that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of The Tamil Nadu Advocates' Clerks Association, Chennai.
