This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.09.2019 pending on the file of second respondent in C.S.R.No.667 of 2019 on merits in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of petitioner's complaint dated 30.09.2019, criminal enquiry was conducted and FIR has been registered in Cr.No.13 of 2020 under Section 174 Cr.P.C.
