Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents herein for their act of willful disobedience act of order passed by this Court in W.M.P.No. 22742 of 2024 in W.P.No. 20794 of 2024.

ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 25.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.M.P.No. 22742 of 2024 in W.P.No. 20794 of 2024, thereby granted interim stay of recovery alone.

The learned Government appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has not been violated by the respondents. He also produced the pay particulars of the petitioner before this Court.

On perusal of the records produced by the learned Government Advocate, it shows that the order has not been violated and as such no contempt is made out as against the respondents. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands dismissed.
