These three applications have been filed consequent to the death of the 17th respondent, Chinnaponnu Ammal, who was one of the defendant in the suit and it is seen from the reading of the judgment of the First Appeal, she had taken a conscious decision to remain ex-parte in the Original Suit proceedings and in the First Appeal. The appellants therein had taken a decision to dispense with notice to her.
