This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram to dispose of the C.M.P.N0.5956 of 2010 pending on its file within a period of 2 weeks or the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this case. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
