This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thittagudi, to recall the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner dated 16.05.2019 in CC.No.77 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tittagudi, Cuddalore District in Crime No.136 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thittagudi, Cuddalore District and file a petition under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
