The Writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the first respondent in ID. No.148 of 2009.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition filed by the petitioner has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication.
