ORDER
When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Mr.J.Madhana Gopal Rao, learned Senior Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 that the Nationality of the petitioner-candidate which has been erroneously entered as "Indian" instead of "NRI", has been permitted to be corrected and that the candidate has already secured admission in the institution, namely Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University, Mangalore in NRI quota and she has also been given provisional admission order dated 17.04.2018 and subsequently, admission letter was also issued on the very same day and she has joined the course. In view of the said submission and that the petitioner has also joined M.D.
(Radio Diagnosis) course in the NRI quota after counselling, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition, as the relief sought for by the petitioner has already been granted by the respondents. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.Ps. are also closed.
