2. It is pointed out that in paragraph No.6 of the order dated 12.2.2015, instead of mentioning the academic year 2015-2016, it has been wrongly mentioned as 2014-2015.

3. Hence, paragraph No.6 of the order dated 12.2.2015 made in W.P.No. 1001 of 2014 shall be read thus:- "6. In the result, no useful purpose would be served in setting aside the impugned proceedings in the light of the subsequent development. But, the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the decision of the Hon'ble Delhi High Court and the petitioner would be entitled to file fresh application under the provisions of NCTE Regulations 2014 to be considered for the academic year 2015 - 2016." 17.03.2015 ga Note: Registry is directed to issue amended certified copy.
