2. Today (19.01.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Bindra, learned Additional Government Pleader(CS), would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and the compensation amount of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) has already been received by the parties and a copy of memorandum, dated 19.01.2022 has been filed before this Court to that effect and the same is recorded.

3. Recording the memorandum, dated 19.01.2022, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
