..Respondent PRAYER: Petition filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.38127 of 2015, dated 30.11.2015 as per the Contempt of Court Act.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the respondent.
2. This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court dated 30.11.2015 in W.P.No.38127 of 2015.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted
that the respondent has paid interest only up to 2014 in respect of the amounts due and for the leave salary, leave on private affairs, gratuity difference and commutation, the amounts have not been fully paid to the petitioner along with interest.
4. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that the entire amount has been paid to the petitioner.
5. In the light of the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, I do not find any disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 30.11.2015. Hence, the contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the respondent, which shall be considered by him in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
