Though notices sent to the respondents 1 and 2 were duly served and their names have been printed in the cause list, none appeared for the respondents 1 and 2. The Writ Petition was dismissed as against the 3rd respondent by order dated 01.10.2015.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2014, within a time frame.

3. Mr. M. Kempraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given the representation as early as on 19.09.2014, seeking for disconnection of the sewerage connection provided to the 3rd respondent, the respondents 1 and 2 have not taken any action sofar.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
