This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to pay the accident insurance claim of the petitioner's husband by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on written instructions, submitted that the claim amount of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Only) has been settled to the petitioner on 05.03.2024, by crediting the amount in her account No.6135228419.
