The learned Deputy Official Liquidator submits that the company was ordered to be dissolved by an order of this Court dated 22.03.2019 in Company Application No.534 of 2018. Therefore, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Company Application. A memo to that effect has also filed.

2. Recording the above, this Company Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
