O R D E R
(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue V.Deepa, daughter of T.Veeran, aged about 21 years, to cause production of his daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty.
2. The alleged detenue V.Deepa, daughter of the petitioner is present before this Court.
3. On enquiry, the detenue stated that she is a major and that she had married one A.E.Rajesh Khanna.. In support of her contention, she has produced a supporting document, viz., a Marriage Registration Certificate which was obtained from the Marriage Registrar, Chennai North. Further, the detenue expressed her willingness to go only along with her husband, who is also before us and that there is no illegal detention by anybody.
