J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this Civil Miscellaneous Petition and S.A Sr.No.56756 of 2002. He has also made an endorsement in the bundle today to that effect which is extracted hereunder: "The petitioner/Appellant is not interested in prosecuting in this matter and he already received papers with instruction not to proceed further. Hence, C.M.P may be dismissed as withdrawn."
