ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28709 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024.

3.In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Thiruvannamalai District, on 05.02.2025 and thereafter on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
