C.M.P.Nos.973, 976 & 977 of 2022 in S.A.Nos.1866, 1865 & 1864 of 2002 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.

These three applications had been filed consequent to the unfortunate death of the 2nd respondent in S.A.No.1866 of 2002, of the 1st respondent in S.A.No.1865 of 2002 and of the 2nd respondent in S.A.No.1864 of 2002 / T.Shanthi and to bring on record her legal representatives as proposed respondents.

2.It is informed by the learned appellant that applications had been filed consequent to the memo filed by the learned counsel for the respondents giving the details of the legal representatives. The learned counsel for the respondents have also entered appearance on behalf of the proposed respondents.

3.In view of that particular fact, since the appeals had been admitted and substantial questions of law had been framed and it would only be appropriate that the appeals are be heard on merits and while hearing the same on merits, the respondents are also represented through their legal representatives, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. 09.06.2022 smv (1/2) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
