ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30864 of 2024, dated 16.12.2024, that the petitioner shall stay at Chengalpattu and report before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent Police, until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is almost completed and the final report is yet to be filed. 3.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30864 of 2024, dated 16.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.
