This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.15/2016 on the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of The Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Cuddalore or any other competent investigating agency for proper investigation and report before competent Court. 2.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submitted that in this case, after investigation, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
charge sheet was filed before the Mahila Court, Cuddalore in Spl.S.C.No.33/2018. Thereafter, after formation of Special Court for POCSO Act cases, this case was transferred to the Special Court and renumbered as Spl.S.C.No.7/2019. After full fledged trial, the case was entered in acquittal on 05.03.2020. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
