ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner made a representation to the first respondent inter alia alleging that encroachments have been made over a water body.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that thought there is an encroachment, it is not over the water body, but on a common pathway as well as on natham land.

3. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, we only direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.11.2019 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after due notice to the parties concerned.

4. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
