ORDER

The learned Government Advocate (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.12264 of 2023 dated 21.04.2023 has been complied with, since the representation of the petitioner has been considered through Proceedings in S.P.No.1678/DOS/ST-1/2023 dated 11.01.2024. 2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
