Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the condition in Crl.OP.No.11125 of 2021 order dated 29.06.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.FRANKLIN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11125 of 2021, dated 29.06.2021. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, the petitioners could not able to deposit the amount of Rs.60,000/- as directed by this Court, within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time. 3.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the petitioners could not able to deposit the non-refundable deposit of Rs.60,000/- within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for depositing the amount and executing the condition is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
