This application has been filed to appoint an Advocate Commissioner for the purposes of recording evidence of Wing Commander (Retd) Anand Joshi residing at No.47, 2nd floor, Surveyor Street, Basavangudi, Bangalore- 560 004 and Mr.Philip Joseph residing at No.415, Udayashankar 2nd Main Road, Udaynagar, Tin Factory, Bangalore 560 016.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.

gv Commander (Retd)., Anand Joshi residing at No.47, 2nd floor, Surveyor Street, Basavangudi, Bangalore- 560 004 and Mr.Philip Joseph residing at No.415, Udayashankar 2nd Main Road, Udaynagar, Tin Factory, Bangalore 560 016. The initial remuneration of the Advocate Commissioner is fixed at Rs.8,000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand only) and the applicant has to pay the said remuneration directly to the Advocate Commissioner.

6. The Registry is directed to send the bundles to the learned Additional Master for recording evidence on 20.02.2024.

7. The Advocate Commissioner shall file his report before the learned Additional Master on 20.02.2024.
