Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2015 for the removal of Mr.Ponnurangan Pillai's name from Patta No.1079 at Mangadu Village and also to issue a separate patta in Survey Nos.122/1; 122/3 and 124/3 in Poongodu Village in the petitioner's name and in the name of petitioner's brothers Mr.K.Shanmuga Pillai and Mr.Krishna Pillai and the petitioner's nephews Mr.Gangadharan and Mr.Janarthanan, and by deleting the Survey Nos.122/1; 122/3 and 124/3 in Poongodu Village from Patta No.40. After some arguments, both the contesting parties stated that the application pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer may be considered by giving opportunity to both the parties and thereafter, appropriate orders may be passed.

2. In such view of the matter, the Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to consider the matter after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
