This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 4 to 6 namely (1).Padma, (2).Karuna and (3).A.R.Gurunathan as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent Arumugam in the first appeal.
2. Mr.N.Manoharan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent submitted that he has no serious objection in allowing this Miscellaneous Petition.
3. Heard both sides.

Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, being satisfied with the same and taking into the fact that the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
