This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1339 days in representing the second appeal in SA.SR.No.59962 of 2019.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today, failing which this petition shall stands automatically cancelled.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
