( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Thursday, the Twentieth day of January Two Thousand Twenty Two PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.479 of 2022 IN CRL.R.C.NO.948 of 2021 R.MURALI [ PETITIONER ] Vs R.CHITHRA [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.R.C.NO.948 of 2021 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to extend the time in complying the condition imposed by this Honorable Court in the order dated 14.12.2021 made in Crl.MP.No. 12834 of 2021 in Crl.RC.No. 948 of 2021 by appreciating the above stated facts and circumstances and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.R.C.NO.948 of 2021 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.ARUNPRASATH Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though this Court by order dated 14.12.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.12834 of 2021 had directed the petitioner to deposit 50% of the pending arrears within three weeks, he was not able to comply with the order as the petitioner has been diagnosed with diabetes and his optical nerve is also affected. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.12834 of 2021 dated 14.12.2021 is further extended for the period of two weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Post the matter after three weeks under the caption for "Reporting Compliance".
