Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the first respondent submit that the academic year for which the petitioner was sought to be disturbed is already over and now, the petitioner has joined the transferred place. In view of the same, the learned counsel submit that the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the first respondent, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP is also dismissed.
