22392 of 2021 and to pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22392 of 2021 on 29.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
