KRISHNAKUMAR CMP.Nos.1018 & 4752 of 2018 in CRP.NPD.No.3961 of 2017 1 MR.Y.VISWANATHAN [PETITIONERS IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] 2 MR.Y.SRINIVASAN Vs 1 MR.Y.LAXMAN [RESPONDENTS IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] 2 MRS.SALVIONA Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i)Modify the conditions imposed in the CMP.No.18503/2017 in CRP 3961/2017, in the order dated.1.11.2017 form making payment of rent from the date of petition till the date of disposal of the above CRP(in CMP.No.1018/2018) and (ii)Modify the order passed by this Honourable court dated 07.02.

2018 in CMP 18503 of 2017 and allow them to deposit the rental arrears amounting to Rs 10,32,000/- hereby grant stay all further proceedings in E.P.No.540 of 2017 in R.C.O.P.No.2193 of 2010 now pending on the file of the learned XV Judge of Small Causes Court at Chennai (in CMP.No.4752/2018)pending disposal of the above CRP.NPD.No.3961/2017 respectively.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.R.RAJARAMAN, Senior Counsel for M/S.A.THAMEEM MOHIDEEN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.S.KUMAR, Advocate for the 1 & 2 respondents in both the petitions the court made the following order:-

Both the parties submitted that the petitioner has paid the sum of Rs.10,32,000/- to the respondent, by way of Demand Draft also, undertakes to pay a further sum of Rs.5,00,000/- on or before 27.03.2018.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Post for reporting compliance on 28.03.2018.
