This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 214 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and additional affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and I am of the view that the delay can be condoned on condition that the petitioner shall forfeit the interest for the delay period of 214.

3. Accordingly, the delay of 214 days is condoned and the petition is accordingly ordered, on condition that the petitioner shall forfeit the interest for the delay period of 214 days.

4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same 'for admission'. 5.Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
