O R D E R

Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider his representation dated 06.04.2018.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he is a physically challenged person and having disability of 80%. His father passed away on 14.09.2012 and subsequently his family finds it difficult to meet both the ends. Hence, he gave a representation to the respondent on 06.04.2018, seeking permission to erect a bunk shop. Since, no favourable order was passed, the present writ petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

6. In the light of the above submissions and the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to all necessary parties.
