No.

22418 of 2021 and to pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22418 of 2021 on 26.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on monthly once for every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
