Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to Writ of Manadmus directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose representation dated 06.11.2020. For Petitioners : Mr.R.Natarajan For Respondents : Mr.R.Venkatesh, G.A.

O R D E R

Mr.R.Venkatesh, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and is armed with instructions to proceed in the matter. In the the nature of order that I propose to pass in this Writ Petition after hearing the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, I do not see any reason to issue notice to respondents 3 to 5 at this juncture. Hence, by consent, this Writ Petition is disposed finally even at the stage of admission.

2. The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the second respondent/ The Executive Officer, Arulmigu Angalaparameswari and Kasi Viswanathar Thirukoil, No.5, South Mada Street, Choolai, Chennai - 600 007 to consider his representation, wherein he has sought action to be taken against the alleged defaults committed by the private respondents, who are lessees of the Temple properties, in remitting rents.

3. Let the representation be considered and orders passed after hearing the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks. Incidentally, upon instructions, Mr.Venkatesh states that as against R3, proceedings were initiated leading him to handover possession of the premises to the temple. Section 78 proceedings have been initiated as against R4 and are on-going. Civil Suit has been filed against R5 and proceedings for execution has also been allowed, as against which, C.R.P.No.1104 of 2013 has been filed by R5, which is pending before this Court.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
