ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.1 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 and perused the material placed on record.

3.The petitioner seeks to quash the FIR. On reading of the FIR, there are enough materials for the investigation to go on. Hence, this petition cannot be entertained, in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in State of Haryana v. Bhajan Lal reported in 1992 Supp (1) SCC 335.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has clandestinely recorded the conversations of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Investigation Officer, which is per se illegal. This conversation has been filed before this Court. Taking note of this quash application, such practice is depreciated. For the reasons stated supra, this petition is dismissed.

Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
