The contempt petitions are filed to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.33735 & 33743 of 2018 dated 02.04.2019.

2. This Court passed an order on 02.04.2019 in W.P.Nos.33735 & 33743 of 2018 and liberty was granted to the petitioners to approach the District Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Officer and the respondent was directed to consider the objection as well as the materials available on record and take a decision and pass speaking orders.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the District Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Officer considered the entire materials available on record and passed an order in proceedings dated 22.02.2021 and the said order has been communicated to the petitioner also.

4. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the contempt petitions stand closed.
