This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27548 of 2024 by an order dated 30.10.2024 passed by this Court to appear before the concerned Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 79 days and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore in C.C.No.15 of 2015. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 24.01.2025.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27548 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore in C.C.No.15 of 2015, on 24.01.2025 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Special Judge.
