ASHA, J, Today when the matter was called it was informed by the learned counsel for the defendant that they have to file physical copy of their written statement. Since the suit value is less than a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- the suit has to be transferred to the City Civil Court. Therefore, the suit is directed to be transferred to the City Civil Court.

2.The learned counsel for the plaintiff requested that he may be permitted to file his Reply Statement. Since this Court has no jurisdiction it is open to the learned counsel for the plaintiff to move necessary application before the City Civil Court seeking leave of the Court to file Reply Statement.
