This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue the direction to the first respondent police to transfer the investigation from the 3rd respondent police to CB-CID or any other investigation agency to investigate the above said crime of complaint dated 13.08.2015 and save other people in the locality.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the crime is not registered by the 3rd respondent. Therefore, the question of transfer of the investigation does not arise.
