(CRIME NO.764 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.OP.No.23838 of 2021 dated 09.12.2021 before this Hon'ble Court.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23838 of 2021 on 09.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
