CRIME NO. 1611/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners should report before the Respondent police everyday at 05.00 p.m. until further ordes in Crl.OP.No. 24776 of 2021 order dated 17-12-2021 and thus render justice.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.G.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24776 of 2021 on 17.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
