CMP.Nos.1876, 1875 & 1878 of 2020 in S.A.No.1268 of 2007 CMP.Nos.1876, 1875 & 1878 of 2020 in S.A.No.1268 of 2007 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., CMP.No.1876 of 2020, has been filed to condone the delay of 238 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent viz., Punniakotti in the above S.A.No.1268 of 2007, CMP.No.1875 of 2020 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent viz., Punniakotti in the above S.A.No.1268 of 2007 and CMP.No.1878 of 2020 has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 5 to 10 herein as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent and rank them as the respondent Nos. 5 to 10 in S.A.No.1268 of 2007.

2.The factum of the death and the proposed parties as the legal representatives of the deceased, are not in dispute. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, all these petitions are allowed.
